Questions

Is billing per user or per workspace?
Per workspace. Everyone in that workspace shares the same plan limits and included features.
What happens on Free?
You can run a real workflow with up to two calendars selected for sync and analytics, up to five active categories, basic rules, and a 30-day past / 60-day future sync window. CSV/Sheets export, full capacity beyond the two-week view, multi-week drift trends, the advanced weekly digest, and per-event manual overrides are on Pro—the in-app Upgrade page always reflects current limits for your workspace.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes—plan changes are handled in the app billing experience (Upgrade). If a billing portal option is not visible yet, use in-app support or email and we will align you with the current checkout path.
What happens to older events?
Plans use rolling windows for synced history. Older events eventually fall outside the window and are pruned from Calfolio over time—exact cadence is still being finalized, but the intent is bounded storage per plan (see plan windows above).
Does Calfolio replace Google Calendar?
No. Google Calendar remains where you schedule. Calfolio adds categorization, cleanup, workload views, and exports on top.
Can I cancel anytime?
Subscriptions are managed through the app’s billing provider; you can cancel from there when available, or reach out if you need help with a workspace subscription.
